One bottle of Alli-C™ contains 30 capsules, which provides a one-month supply to the typical user. Each capsule contains 200 mg. of pure Allicin powder from garlic in an odorless and stable form, plus 60 mg. natural Vitamin C and 40 mg. citrus bioflavonoids.
