Original One Day Diet Formula:

One Day Diet wafers DO NOT contain any drug or stimulant such as caffeine, Ephedra (Ephedrine), Phen-Fen, or steroids; and DO NOT not contain any artificial sweeteners such as refined sugar (sucrose), aspartame, saccharin, or cyclamates. The Original One Day Diet wafers contain fructose, a natural sugar found in most types of raw fruit (a carbohydrate), for the purpose of maintaining blood glucose levels and avoiding feelings of hunger on "diet days". The NEW One Day Diet wafers contain natural dehydrated cane juice instead of fructose.
