"Placement" of People Into Your Team

There is a definite advantage to being on a highly motivated and winning team. And we have ANOTHER advantage that could result in new associates being "placed" into YOUR team by the efforts of the associates above you.

The Affinity Just-2 Plan is somewhat unique in that it uses a "forced matrix" in its compensation plan, one which encourages the associates to help the other people on their own team. This ensures that the associate who is able to refer a number of new associates will end up helping those who he has brought into his team, by placing some of those new associates under the other members of his team.

Since you can only have 2 people filling the 2 available positions on the 1st level of your team, if you refer more than 2 new associates then you will have to "place" them under one of the other people below you. When a new associate signs up, the Just-2 computer system will place them in the first open position under you. Or once you have personally referred a new associate, you can arrange for the "placement" of the next new associate under that associate to help him start building his team.

You will still earn the Fast Start Bonus and be the new associates "personal sponsor", but now both you AND that lucky associate under you will earn commissions from the efforts of that new associate. The monthly commissions are based on what level the associate is on within your team, not on who originally referred him or her.

The same situation occurs whenever a team member above you refers a new associate and has to place that associate under YOU because there is an open position on your team, which forms part of their team. Sometimes a team member above you, or your own personal sponsor, will choose to "place" a newly referred associate below you to help you get started or get your team growing faster.

Once you hold a place on the team, the team members above you have a personal interest in helping you build your own team below you, because your team also forms part of their own team. Helping you succeed helps them succeed, because there is an incentive for them to help you which was built right into the design of the Just-2 Plan.

The active associates above you will be contacting people and introducing the Affinity Just-2 Plan to them. We expect them to refer a lot of new associates, and they will have to "place" many of these new associates under the other people in the team below them.

That could be YOU.

When you join the team under one or more associates who are active in sponsoring new associates, you have the best chance at receiving the financial benefits from having new associates "placed" under you on your own team. This can fill more spots on your team and make it grow even faster.

This is called "spillover" - and we must stress that it can never be guaranteed. But it is a nice "perk" that often happens because the Just-2 Plan was designed to motivate people to help each other, and when you have motivated leaders above you it is even more likely to happen!

It is more likely to happen first for the associates who are making an effort to build the team, not for the ones who expect "something for nothing" and do nothing to help the team grow. In fact, if you are the kind of person who is looking to have other people do all the work and make you money without making any effort yourself, then my team is not for you. On this winning team, everyone is expected to help each other, do their fair share, and contribute to the success of the entire team.

Think of it as like a baseball league. Would you want someone on your team who doesn't bother to show up for practice, or who doesn't play to the best of his ability? Would you want someone on your team who expects to benefit from the efforts of everyone else, without contributing his own effort?
