Earning a Share of Your Team's Internet Sales
You could earn a commission of 2% to 10% on half of the Internet sales of all the people on your team who are up to eight levels below you. If you have someone in your team who does a lot of sales on the Internet through their Affinity product sites, you could earn some very large monthly commissions - as much as 5% of their total Internet sales volume (10% on half the volume is 5% of the total volume).
One associate who sells about US $40,000 per month from his Internet stores is earning $8,000 per month from those sales (20% commission on his own Internet sales), and someone 4 levels above him is earning $2000 per month in commissions! (The 4th level pays 10% on 50% of that associate's Internet sales.) Someone just one level above him earns about $1000 per month in commissions. (The 1st level pays 5% on 50% of that associate's Internet sales.)
It doesn't matter if you personally referred that associate or not. If he is positioned on the 4th level below you in your team, you will earn that 10% commission on half his Internet sales. He might have been referred by the person right above him, or by anyone above or below you, including yourself. Note that you can have up to 16 associates on the 4th level! (And if you have a $300 per month plan, you could have 32 on your 4th level.)
There is one requirement which must be met for you to earn commissions on the people BELOW the 4th level - and that is to have personally referred "Just 2" new associates who remain active* and keep purchasing their own 3 products per month. If one becomes inactive or decides to leave, you will have to find a new associate to replace him or her if you want to keep receiving the additional commissions on levels 5 through 8.
Since there are many more associates on those 4 lower levels - up to 480 more than on your levels 1 through 4 - your potential commission income is very large, and you will be very motivated to refer that next associate so you qualify to earn that extra income each month!
This is a fair requirement, because if you are not referring at least 2 new associates yourself, then you are not really doing your fair share to build your team - and you probably won't build much of a team if you don't bring in two new associates to get things started. If you referred 4 new associates, you would probably get things started twice as fast.
There is even an extra incentive for you to get your Just-2 business started fast so it can grow even faster. If you personally refer 3 or more new associates in the first 14 days from the time you sign up yourself, you will be eligible for the monthly "3-in-14" Bonus Pool. This is a one-time Bonus you can earn only when you first start your Just-2 business, so take advantage of it and get your business and your income growing even faster!
One percent of the Company's commissionable sales volume is set aside each month to be shared equally among all new associates who qualify by personally referring 3 or more new associates in the first two weeks from the time they join the Just-2 Plan. The dollars paid to you if you qualify for this Bonus will vary with the amount of monthly sales and the number of new associates who qualify that month, but it has ranged from about US $300 to $900 in past months.
Now, you COULD just sit there and wait to see if the people above you place some people on your team, but then you will not be eligible for 3-in-14 Bonus and the really large rewards that come when your team grows beyond 30 people, unless at some time you refer your own "Just 2" new associates. And you wouldn't be doing your fair share to help your team grow if you don't even try to refer a few new associates.
Once there is even one associate below your 4th level, each month the Company will tell you how much extra money you could have earned if you HAD referred your own "just 2" associates by then. When that amount grows to several hundred or even several thousand dollars per month, you or any other associate would eventually become VERY motivated to personally refer those 2 new associates, don't you think?
The "Matching Bonus" is a powerful incentive built into the Just-2 Plan, to encourage every associate to contribute their fair share of effort to make their team grow. Few other referral marketing companies offer such an incentive, and few encourage "teamwork" and helping others by offering financial rewards which are built right into the system - such as earning commissions on people who were "placed" into your team by other associates above you.
Referring "just 2" new associates is a very "do-able" task that anyone can do, even when they are still new themselves, because the person who referred THEM will be there to help them.
They or one of the leaders on the team may be able to join the new associate and the new person they want to refer in a 3-way telephone call or face-to-face meeting. This adds a lot of "credibility" to your proposal when you have someone there who is already very successful with the Just-2 Plan.
So you don't have to worry about not having answers to every possible question - the leader who is helping you can handle all that for you! You just listen and learn, and soon you will be referring new associates all by yourself and helping them learn how to do what you do.
There is one other requirement to remain an associate and be eligible to earn any commissions on your team, and that is to purchase the minimum 3 (or 12) products on your monthly auto ship plan. In any month when your own purchases plus your Internet store sales add up to less than $100 (or $300), you would forfeit all commissions on your team's sales for that month (but you still earn the 20% commission on your own Internet sales or the usual profit on any products you purchased to supply your own customers).
You will probably want to keep receiving several of the products each month for you and your family to use yourselves, but as long as your Internet stores are selling more than the minimum auto ship requirement ($100 or $300 per month) you could suspend your auto ship and not receive the products, if you don't want to. You can always order "extra product" anytime you need some for yourself, or to personally deliver to a customer you referred.
