More Ways The Just-2 Plan Pays You

There are several other ways you are paid in the Just-2 Plan, depending on how much time and effort you want to put into your own business. You can do this part-time or full-time, to suit your own situation or the time you have available to invest in your own business.

The "Coded Bonuses" described on this page will be of particular interest to the experienced referral marketer who is capable of personally referring large numbers of new associates. The largest commission check ever paid in the referral marketing industry came from a coded bonus like the one Affinity Just-2 offers - and only a few other companies in the health products business even offer such an "infinity bonus" that can pay you an income on the activity of infinite levels of associates below you in your own team.

The Coded Bonus and Bonus Pools were introduced to the Just-2 Plan to add an incentive for the most successful associates to help ALL the people in the Company succeed, not just the ones on their own team. This is accomplished by offering a share of the monthly sales volume of the entire Company to those who qualify for one or more of the Bonus Pools. The Affinity Just-2 Plan now offers the best compensation plan in the entire health products industry.

To help YOU get started earning income quickly, there is a one-time "Fast Start" bonus paid within two weeks when you personally refer a new Affinity associate - a one-time bonus of $40. If you refer a new associate who starts on the $300 per month plan (12 products), your bonus is $80.

If you refer just 2 new $100 plan associates by the end of your first active month, you will have earned $80, which would pay for most of the 3 products you received and used yourself.

And if you can personally refer just 3 new associates in your first 14 days as a new associate, you are eligible to share in a one-time "3-in-14" Bonus Pool equal to 1% of the entire Company's total commissionable sales for that month, divided equally among all the new associates who qualified that month. (This bonus has ranged from $100 to over $900, since it varies with the number of people who qualify in any given month to share in the Bonus Pool.)

Remember, referring "just 2" new associates qualifies you for the "Matching Bonus" on all 16 of the people on your 4th level, so that whatever they earn in commissions on the people 4 levels down in their team will be "matched" by the Company and paid to you too! That's how you get paid 8 levels down, instead of just 4, and can earn that $3,366 per month** shown in the example. (If you have a $300 Leader Plan which can build two teams instead of just one, you will need to personally sponsor 2 new associates for EACH of the two teams you are building under you, so you can quality for the Matching Bonus on any or all of the 16 people on the 4th level of EACH team - 32 in all.)

Incentives, Rewards, And Residual Income

There are several other built-in incentives and rewards for the associates who really help to expand the Affinity business and customer base. Some are so large that we can't really talk about them now - because you would not believe the huge income you could earn from them.

The first one you can qualify for is called the "Coded Bonus" and it starts after you have personally referred ten active* associates onto your team. Then with every new associate you refer after the 10th one, he or she is permanently "coded" with your own associate "Manager" ID and YOU will earn a $20 bonus each time they refer a new associate with a $100 plan and earn their own $40 bonus - and also when their new associates refer a new associate! Every future associate who gets referred by you or someone on the team below you will be coded with YOUR Manager code because it is "passed on" when anyone with your coding refers a new associate and does not have Manager status himself, so you earn a $20 Manager Bonus each time a new associate is referred by anyone on your own team who has your coding.

As long as your "Manager coding" is attached to that associate and all of the associates he or she has referred onto his own team, you receive the Coded Bonus of $20 every time a new associate is referred. When someone also qualifies for "Manager coding" by personally referring 10 new active associates, then your Manager coding is no longer passed on to the new associates they refer because his or her own Manager coding has now replaced yours for all future referrals. But you continue to receive the $20 Coded Bonus on all new referrals by other associates who were "coded" with your Manager code, until they personally refer 10 new active associates and replace your Manager coding with their own.

In other words, you will receive the $20 Manager Level coded bonus on at least the first 10 new associates referred by anyone you referred after your own first 10. Until they refer more than 10 new active associates you will keep earning the Manager bonus on their first 1 to 10 referrals, and also passing YOUR Manager coding on to everyone referred by their first 1 to 10 referrals and all who they refer. It only stops when someone qualifies for Manager coding themselves and stops passing on your Manager code to their new associates.

Next is the $10 Director level coded bonus. When you have referred a total of 30 new active* associates, you will start receiving that $20 Manager bonus PLUS $10 MORE as a Director bonus each time your newly referred associates (those after your 30th) refer a new associate themselves, or when someone they referred refers a new associate! Now when anyone on your team refers a new associate you will receive $20 PLUS $10 as your "Coded Bonus" at the Director Level. Only when one of your team has reached Manager Level themselves, do you stop earning the Manager component on all future people they sponsor. But you still earn it on all the other associates you "coded" and have not qualified yet. And you still keep earning the Director component until they have sponsored 30 people and qualify for the Director coded bonus themselves.

The "Coded Bonus" has two more levels called Executive and President, which pay even more to those who qualify by personally referring larger numbers of new associates. The bonus amount is smaller at $5, but the potential number of associates you can code grows increasingly larger as the higher minimum qualification of 60 personal referrals is reached by less and less other associates. Your Executive and President level coding would keep being passed on for a long time to many new associates because only a small number are likely to qualify at Executive level by referring 60 new associates and get to replace your Executive coding with theirs. So you might keep earning $5 every time some new associate in your team refers a new associate, and this is not limited by how many levels down they are in the team you started - it goes to "infinity" and could involve a very large number of people, perhaps numbering in the thousands.

And there are some additional "Bonus Pools" available to those who qualify at various levels, starting at 25 personally referred associates. For that first Bonus Pool, 2% of the Company's commissionable sales for the month is shared equally among all who qualify that month. There are other Pools which could allow you to share in a combined total of 4% of the Company's monthly commissionable sales**. The higher the level of qualification, the less people will have qualified to share in those pools, so if YOU qualify then your share could represent a VERY large amount of money every month.

* NOTE: An "active" associate is one who has purchased at least one product in the current month OR has net sales of least one product from his or her Internet store. To be eligible to "code" your NEXT referred associate, you must maintain the minimum number of "active" associates (10 or 30) or else refer a new one to replace any who are not active. You would NOT ever lose the coding bonus on anyone you already "coded", but you will not be able to "code" any new associates you sponsor in a particular month unless you remain qualified, or re-qualify.

This "Coded Bonus" may not seem like much at first, but it offers a VERY large, ongoing, "residual income" to those associates who make a real effort to continually build their team by personally referring new associates, beyond the "Just 2".

Your team will likely grow very large without much further effort on your part when everyone else is referring their "Just 2" new associates - but if you choose to continue to contribute to its growth by personally referring more associates yourself, the potential income from these "Coded Bonuses" could be described as "unlimited".

An Example Of The Executive Coded Bonus

To give you a brief, hypothetical example of how much money just one of these Coded Bonuses could earn you, let's assume that over some period of time you have personally referred 100 new active* associates. The 40 whom you referred after qualifying for the Executive coded bonus at 60 would be building their own teams, but none of them may have referred 60 yet. So your Executive code was passed on to EVERY new associate on the teams of those 40 people. Let's assume that there is now a total of 1000 associates on their teams, and in the next month each one of those 1000 associates refers a new associate.

In this example, there would be 1000 new associates being referred that month, and since you have Executive coding on all of the people who referred them, you would earn $5 times 1000, or $5000 that month** in Executive coded bonuses. On SOME of those 1000 new people you might also earn the $20 Manager bonus and the $10 Director bonus - to the extent that some your team members who referred them had not yet replaced your own coding by qualifying themselves at that Manager or Director level.

The Fast Start Bonus ($40) and all four Coded Bonuses together (another $40) can add up to $80 out of the $100 a new associate invests in his 3 auto ship products in his first month. (The Company is paying a "cost of acquisition" for that new associate in the first month, and therefore the other commissions normally payable on the new associate's monthly purchase of his $100 of products do not apply until the associate actually completes his second month and has paid for his second $100 auto ship.)

Can you imagine the potential for earning many thousands of dollars per month** from the Just-2 Plan when you have made a big contribution to the growth of the Company and your own team by personally bringing in more than 60 or 120 new associates? This "infinite coded bonus" component of the Just-2 Compensation Plan is what is attracting the attention of some very experienced and well-connected people in referral marketing who are capable of building very large teams of associates.
